The discard adds a subtle tang and enhances the depth of flavor, making the cookies richer and more complex without tasting overtly sour.

• Freeze for Later: Loaf freezes beautifully. For best results, allow to thaw at room temp, then re-crisp in the oven at 375°F for 8–10 minutes for that just-baked texture.

We ship within 7 days of your order, using USPS Priority Mail or UPS GROUND to ensure your loaf arrives within 3 days of shipment. Carefully packed to maintain freshness from our oven to your table.  All perishable products should be refrigerated upon arrival to increase shelf life.  We recommend shipping to a destination that someone will be available to accept the delivery of the order.  We package all boxes with bubble insulated wrapping and provide refrigerant brick packs to allow the treats to stay fresh until it reaches the destination.
