2023 Holiday Pie, Cake & Cookie List
Where in the world did 2023 go??!?! I can't believe once again we are here, the "Happiest Time of the Year!" As we enter the 2023 Holiday Season we want to Thank YOU, for your continued support! This year was a bit more "even keel" and what I truly consider our first year open (remember 9 months after opening the bakery, the pandemic hit - so even though we remained open everyone else was closed. This past year, we felt was more normal pre pandemic although price increases and supply chain issues are still on the fritz). Ultimately, we continued to grow and change, in some pretty amazing ways!!
Before we get to the Holiday Treats, indulge with me on our bakery journey through 2023 and our plans for 2024!
🧁January - March, rocked the expanding pop up markets all over Central Florida with the true intention of finding a second location that would cater to a more "fast and go" environment and additional allergen friendly items on the fast & go scale.
🧁April - June, picked a location, finishing out scheduled pop up events (once May hits in Florida, it's entirely too hot to be outside trying to sell cupcakes). We attempted to expand into sugar free snow cones & lemonades, however most events restrict duplicate vendors and since our specialty isn't snow cones or lemonades inventing thousands wasn't feasible.
🧁July - September, opened second location (The Keto Cafe at Oviedo Mall - an allergen friendly cafe)!! Keep in mind we are a small team of 8 - I know, it's crazy... but I tell you this because there was no way with our man power to continue the rigorous pop up event schedule we had in 2022 and wanted to continue into 2023-2024. Combed the calendar and slimmed down to our local events, Melbourne Markets & Hunters Creek Market. Side note - for our shipping followers that wondered why the shipping times increased so much, that is why... maneuvering and adjusting to baking for 2 locations and online orders took us by surprise.

🥧How to place PREORDER: visit our website HERE - fill up your cart and check out - use "PICK UP" as delivery method (**If picking up at an event - choose this option as well. Once order is complete, simply message us on Facebook or email (ketogenicqueens@gmail.com the order # and which day & event you are picking up at.) **If all items aren't available or you have any issues call the shop {407-593-0113}.
🥧Visiting Disney or local Resort / Vacation Home for the Holidays & need dessert catering or delivery please call the shop to ensure scheduling and location is within delivery range before completing the order.
🥧The ONLY items available for shipping is our Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Swiss Roll & Holiday Cookies.
🥧 All items are available for PICK UP from our bakery located at 313 Commerce Center Drive, Saint Cloud, FL 34769. Monday thru Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Ready Made items are available on first come first serve bases.
