Shipping Schedule & PSA - Updated March 2023

Hey Keto Friends!  Please be aware that PROCESSING time for online orders is currently 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS and shipping times are 1-3 days depending on your location from our Bakery.  

As a friendly reminder - we are a small business with less than 8 employees.  Family & Veteran Owned - we are not Amazon or Walmart.  We take pride in what we are creating and add lots of love to each creation we bake. 

We ship orders Monday - Wednesday (Thursday if you are in Florida and select parts of Georgia).  Shipping costs have DOUBLED since the beginning of the 2022 (we are seeing the highest costs to those on the West Coast and Northern States).  This is not a fee we can manipulate or change, these fees are set by the Unites States Postal Service & UPS). 

We are also aware that despite the fact that we put labels and stickers indicating that box contents are perishable and fragile the selected services don't handle boxes appropriately - if this issue arises for you, please feel free to contact our customer care department at ketogenicqueens@gmail.com.

Lastly, we are working with FedEx Home delivery to add this option as a shipping method - which will allow us to ship 6 days a week with delivery available on Saturday & Sundays!  Stay tuned to our social channels as we will update once everything is set up!
